Our swimwear runs true to size, so choose your usual size with confidence. Because every BAÍAH top and bottom is sold separately, you can mix sizes for a perfect fit. The notes below help if you are between two sizes or choosing a structured, cupped style.

How to measure

Use a soft tape measure over bare skin or close-fitting underwear, kept level and snug without pulling tight. Measuring in front of a mirror helps.

Bust — around the fullest part of your bust, with the tape level across your back.
Underbust — directly beneath your bust, where a bra band sits. Helpful for our structured and underwired styles.
Waist — around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the navel.
Hip — around the fullest part of your hips and seat, standing with your feet together.

If a measurement falls between two sizes, take the larger of the two — especially for cupped or underwired tops.

Tops

Triangle — Tamarama, Halo. Fully adjustable ties at the neck and back, our most forgiving fit. Take your usual size.
Halter — Saní, Sirena. Sculpted and supportive with secure coverage. True to size.
Balconette — Aurora. Underwired with fixed cups, so the fit follows your bust. Size to your bust measurement; if you are fuller in the bust or between sizes, size up.
Plunge — Siren. Built-in cups and a deep neckline, with tie-back straps to fine-tune. True to size.

Bottoms

Elba. Sculpted medium coverage with adjustable side straps. True to size.
Mattina. A high-cut leg that elongates and sits high on the hip. True to size.
Navagio. A high-rise waist with fuller coverage. True to size.

From The Ancora Collection. Ancora means stillness in Corsican, and the collection is built around the still hour at the water's edge, its colours drawn from pale blues, soft creams and the white of weathered stone.

The Halo Bikini Top is the triangle, refined. A clean triangle silhouette with thin adjustable ties, finished with BAÍAH's signature ornate ring hardware. Built around the principle that the simplest shapes should be the most considered.

In White Rock, a soft cream drawn from the colour of weathered stone.

Fabric. Made in Europe from Oeko-Tex certified Italian ECONYL®, a regenerated nylon spun from reclaimed fishing nets and ocean waste. Twice as resistant to chlorine, sun cream and oils as conventional swim fabrics, so the colour and the shape hold season after season. Lined throughout in BAÍAH's signature turquoise blue.

Fit. Lighter and finer than the Tamarama, with thin ties that leave the shoulders almost bare. The minimal coverage and fully adjustable ties make it the most forgiving top in the Ancora collection and the best choice for an even tan. Suits a smaller to medium bust.

Sizing. Fully adjustable ties at neck and back. Take your usual size; between sizes, either will fit.

Care. Rinse in cold fresh water after swimming. Hand wash cold and dry flat in the shade. Tie the straps loosely before washing.

Occasion. The top for the still hour at the water's edge. Pair with the Elba or Mattina Bikini Bottom in the same colourway.

Care & Returns

Each BAÍAH piece arrives with a protective hygiene seal so every garment reaches you in the condition it was crafted for. Please try your swimwear on over your own undergarments, leaving the seal intact.

Within 14 days of delivery, you may withdraw from your purchase under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and return the piece for a full refund, provided the hygiene seal is undisturbed and the garment is unworn with original tags attached. Once the seal has been removed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Directive.

MATERIALS

This garment is constructed using a luxurious jacquard fabric from a reputable French supplier who has been expertly crafting knitted fabrics locally for over 100 years. It's lined in ECONYL®, a recycled polyamide that repurposes discarded fishing nets. ECONYL® is also twice as resistant to chlorine and suntan creams and oils than competitors’ fabrics.
